Should i read more from sally hepworth if i didn’t like her first book?

I read the mother in law and unfortunately dnf'd it because the characters didn't make sense to me and I progressed.

But i am thinking to give her books another try and i don't know which one should i pick up next: The Family Next Door The Good sister The Soulmate The Darling Girls

Help would be appreciated
