Motivated one day, demotivated the next.

Hey everyone,

For the past year, I’ve been struggling with a cycle where one day, I’m incredibly motivated—I get all my work done, finish tasks early, and even start new projects. I feel excited and productive, like I’m on top of everything.

But then, the next day, it’s the complete opposite. I lose all motivation and can’t even bring myself to do the simplest things, like making breakfast or answering emails. On the worst days, I can’t even get out of bed or respond to texts and calls.

This pattern repeats every week—I’ll have one or two days of high energy and motivation, but it never lasts longer than that.

Does anyone else experience this? Have you found ways to break the cycle or manage it better? Or just any tips in general?

I’m getting very tired of the inconsistency of my motivation levels.
