Why is eating without videos looks uncool now?

As usual I was having a meal just now, then a thought suddenly popped up , telling me to try not to eat with videos, but then when I look around me everyone was sticking at their phone while eating too.

I suddenly felt disgusted at the scene and had no idea why, ironically I ended up doing the same thing again with them.

Do you watch videos while eating?
