Whats your take on perception of love in modern day

Honestly i was going through YouTube and found two different videos one was about being a better person for yourself and the other was on modern day love and i analysed both of them and honestly i realized we are cooked. Due to social media people mostly girls categorize love materialistically or fashion wise and if we get to the extreme base of brain rot i would say aura. There is a difference between now and back in the early years of 2015 life was just beautiful back then no standardisation and as kids we lived life as ourselves no implicating a certain character just us back then love was pure and given whole heartedly right now people normalize one night stands even at an early age, they normalise cheating no strings attatched and many more stupid excuses for satisfaction of lust, it has all degraded people mentally and emotionally . Honestly i hope people come into realisation that pure love is better than pleasing unholy urges and lack of self control
