For me, it’s about avoiding the overuse of the word "Sorry." If you've made a mistake at work or hurt someone through your actions, then of course, you should apologize. However, when it’s not absolutely necessary, try to refrain from saying it too often. Excessive apologies can lead others to misjudge you as someone prone to mistakes or lacking confidence, and they might even start to look down on you. While it may not seem obvious, I believe the word "sorry" can carry a subtle negative impression. Overusing it may unintentionally portray you as insecure, even if that’s far from the truth.
