I’m working on my self confidence, and I’ve found that doing things for proof of why I should be confident in myself would be a good approach. For example: keeping my word or a promise I made to myself, would help in me trusting myself. So for this week I’m trying to pick a hard thing and an easy thing that I can try to do each day that would help me. I’m someone who struggles with my self esteem, and social confidence, fear of being judged, and people pleasing. So it would be really helpful if anyone could give me pointers on things I could try to strengthen myself based on those things if possible🙏🏼
