The state of Montana is attempting to ban and criminalize the administration of mRNA vaccines.

The proposed legislation, House Bill 371, sponsored by State Rep. Greg Kmetz (R-Miles City) and introduced alongside a dozen other Republicans, prohibits the administration of dangerous gene-based vaccines, including mRNA based vaccines, to humans in the state of Montana. “Gene-based vaccines, or mRNA vaccines, are the most destructive and lethal medical products that have ever been used in human history. What has me a little confused is that this bill is being introduced by the Republican led legislature of Montana, which Trump decisively won and carried by a margin of twenty points in the most recent election. Why am I confused about that? Because on just his second day in office, to start his second term, President Trump invited and hosted Oracle's Chief Technology Officer, Larry Ellison, to the White House in order to announce a new $500B AI mRNA vaccine development program, called Stargate.

HB371 seems poised to directly counter the rollout of any production developed through Stargate. Did the Montana GOP get their wires crossed, or do they know something that we don't?
