My aunt is giving me a chance to start fresh and go to work or school

My mom’s going through a mental breakdown and is in the hospital. I’ve been paying the bills with my sister for a year now. My wants us to move in and start our own lives! Go to school or work and live with her until we both can support our selfs! Need advice if I should take the opportunity and lose my moms house(renting) or stay and pay the rent with my sister (21m) (20f)
