Memory near birth?

How possible is this? I have quite a blurry memory which i remembered years and years after but it feels so real like it did happen

I have a twin and i remember looking at the doctors holding my twin up by the leg upside down, maybe it was by the arm and it looked like they gave my twin a jab

I remember crying very loud and i think i was feeling confused and scared

This whole memory is like 1 second
