Just some life insights I'd like to pass on.

I'm 38 and here are some life insights I've learned along the way for anyone who is younger or even older who may just want some life insights.

Feel free to comment any life insights you've learned that may help others.

  1. Life is not guaranteed. When you finish work, or head to work, go out and even just sitting at home, enjoy your life. You may not be here tomorrow or even 5 minutes from now.

  2. Be kind and treat everyone with respect. It just makes life easier for you.

  3. Don't look down on the homeless. It can take a few slip ups and you could be in a similar position. Just because someone is homeless, doesn't mean they don't have a job or aren't smart.

  4. If you have a dream you want to chase, go for it. It may take awhile but ambition is rewarded in the end.

  5. Look after your health. It will catch up with you.

  6. Ignore the haters. One way or another somepne will say something negative. It's not about you, but them and/or their insecurities.

  7. Don't compare yourself to others. Comparison is the thief of joy.

  8. Don't be afraid to challenge or question someone respectfully. One of the worst things the can do is say no.

  9. If there's a guy or girl you like. Just ask them out. All they can do is say no.

  10. Friendships come and go. We lose friends as we get older due to other commitments.

  11. If you ever seperate with children. Don't use them as weapons or say bad things about their mum/dad. Let them find out themselves.

  12. Don't stay in an unhealthy relationship because of children. It can impact them more than you realise.
