Lets say a girl asks a guy out and he rejects her or ignored it and he is very flirty and gives lots of attention but he basicallty doesn't care. Years later he tries to reach out and wants to reconnect. Does he have to apologize for how he acted before??

So lets say a girl asked out a guy and he basically didn't respond. She was also pretty flirty with him, and giving lots of attention. But he basically doesn't respond and she stops trying to talk to him... Later he reaches out saying he feels bad for how he acted... how would you ladies feel about this, would you give him a chance? How would you give him another chance?

I just feel pretty bad because i did ignore a girl and i feel horrible about it. please can someone help
