I have no idea what I want to do with my life.

I am a 31F who has been working in the same industry since 19. I've only worked at 2 different places (one of them for 11 years and the current for a few months). Ultimately, I'm unhappy and I don't think this is the industry I want to work in any longer. But it's all I know! Does anyone have any advice on how to figure out what I really want to do with my life? Thanks!

Note: I am a single mom to an 8 year old with limited support.
