Is this heaven because there's air?

I'm having a hard time believing this is real when a man comes to my apartment building at 3am to shovel only outside of my apartment for a few minutes and then takes off in his truck. Also, none of you have done anything or responded in any way to issues I've had currently and in the past. I have to make you all real in order to do anything or get anything accomplished or change anything. This is not real.
