Is there hope for redemption when you’ve let someone down deeply in life but redeemed yourself

Is this a real hope? I’m hurting from shunning and loss of 2 adult kids, one silent no contact the other pretending “it’s fine” naw it’s not. Pain like the devil trying to wrestle me. Trying to control it and remember who I am and they’re allowed to choose whoever is in their life . But WHY NOT SAY WHY! Ugh is this curable?
