You can ask me what it's like living with it or my dating life, or just maybe what a hsv outbreak looks like. I think honestly the stigma mainly comes from misinformation or sometimes just not knowing. I have lived with this diagnosis for 3 years and basically am a vet at it lol. This post isn't to normalize my condition at all but just to educate people on it.
