How to speak confidently?

Hey guys! Do you have any ideas how to improve my speaking skills? I have a problem with jumping around different topics at the same time and people don’t want to talk to me because of that. My coworkers say that it’s so hard and annoying to talk with me because of that. And also I use words (like, hmmm, mmm, ahhhh, like, like, like). Need your advices!!!!🙏🏻
