How to get conversation rolling (in large group)

I have some friends and we all hangout pretty often. But there are a lot of times where the conversation gets stagnant. We are all into a lot of stuff and easy going. But we are also all pretty introverted so it feels like none of us take the charge to start a convo and being a big group makes it harder at times. Any advice on sparking a group conversation that makes everyone feel involved. I'm just still lost on socializing as a whole I feel like haha.
