How do you let go of daddy issues?

im a 15 yr old girl, I didn't have and don't have a good childhood, my dad is a terrible person so I never really had a dad growing up. since I was 12 I've always felt closer to older men and felt like safe around them. Then I started having actual crushes after I entered highschool, no im not making any moves on any guy but I just can't stop craving a literal father figure. I always try to find a dad in another man but fails miserably. Likes it's insane I never wanted a father so badly
