How do you cope with impending climate and economic collapse?

When you truly look into how screwed we are regarding the climate situation, it’s hard to cope with the ridiculousness of modern life. We’re heating up the planet faster than any point in history. We’re causing the sixth mass extinction. Climate change fueled natural disasters are becoming more common (extreme flooding across the planet, drought in others, hurricanes rapidly intensifying, etc). It all disgusts me but I still participate in the system. I bought a house on some land in an area less likely to be directly affected but idk. Once it starts unraveling it’s going to be hell. I’m just tired.
