How can I attract hot office/business women?

I live in NYC and I often see these very attractive professional looking women who wear business attires. They sometimes wear these business skirts called "pencil skirts" that come with nylons.

I find them so irresistible, especially if they're tall. My biggest fantasy is working in a office and being "sexually harassed" by a female superior/boss.

Im Latino/Hispanic. How can I attract them? There aren't really any I am latino/Hispanic and I view white women as more beautiful and "higher status", the latter of which is a problem. How can I overcome this?

I have no opportunities to meet and talk to them and build a relationship. I'll probably never even work in a office setting.
