Does cocaine make you more honest?

My bf was coked up last night & kept going on a tangent abt how he loves me sm & I mean eveyrthing to him & how he knows it’s real bc we haven’t done anything physical. Might sound sweet but icl hes not that affectionate when sober like he’ll always say he loves me etc but last night just sounded like a weird confession. Does coke make u horny or smth or more honest/direct cuz Iowkry concerned. I also heard coke makes u exaggerate shit a lot soo help
