I (19M, but will turn 20 on January 28th) believe that the past does indeed catch up to people, but what if the person has learned from their mistakes and eventually became a different person than they were back then? Should they still be punished for their past misdeeds? I'm only soon to be 20 years old, and I think about this question a lot. So what are your thoughts on this topic?
