Applying for jobs

I'm looking through online postings, and I'm only finding jobs that require bachelors degrees, or experience in the field. The problem is I can't find anything that I actually qualify for. I have customer service skills, I'm a hard worker. I just want to make enough money to afford basic things, like rent. I want to be able to pay my car note without having to ask my parents for help. How are y'all finding jobs? I applied to my mom's job (a medical company) and got turned down for that, even though I actually have office experience. It was my only interview in nine months.
