Am I the only one who no longer wants to own a house?

Hey all.

24F here. I have completely lost all interest in wanting to own a home one day. Not even just a home, literally anything in my own name that I can pass down. I used to want a house and kids but how will I ever afford that?

There’s so many stipulations when it comes to buying a home. I will probably never make enough money to ever comfortably afford one either.

I talk to people who own homes now and tell me how stressful it is. I also work in the homeowners insurance field and the rates are atrocious at-least in Florida. I can barely afford the rent for my apartment comfortably so how would I manage a mortgage ? Anyone else feel this way?
