Will society accept me?

I'm an Data engineer F27. I'm successful and building my life one piece at a time. I'm single rn. Many people from my office or on instagram approach me on regular basis but somehow I turn them down.

My father is a vegetable vendor and my Mom works as a house help. They've literally outdone themselves in parenting by making my brother and I what we are today.

My social life is entirely different than my personal life. And I'm afraid of letting anyone come into my life for this very reason. Not that I'm aahamed of my background but people can be very mean and judgmental.

What should I do?
