Why is the eagle on this seal looking at the arrows? This image appears to be from a NY Times article. It has never been like that. There is very deep symbolism behind this deliberate action. Why is no one talking about it, why does no one even take notice?

The Eagle on the US Seal has always looked at the olive branch, symbolizing that despite wielding a quiver full of arrows (military might), the stated intent is peace. It has never, ever looked at the arrows. That's why we can be sure it's a deliberate action with deep intent behind it, and not a mistake.

This is from Trump’s address at WEF Davos on 01/23/25. My current theory is that it’s a hint to other nations, as this was on World Economic Forum, at which he threatened a lot of countries with tariffs, and held an overall aggressive posture. I am more surprised about it going so unnoticed in the media
