Why is it socially acceptable to just crap on guys that have bad genes..

For example if you’re short or balding or bald…or both like me. I’ve been bullied, harassed my whole life for these things, it seems that it is perfectly socially acceptable. If someone makes a comment others just join in. Had it from friends, strangers, men, women and some family as well. If gender roles are reversed, the person saying it is deemed a monster, but to a guy it’s accepted. Why is this? Has society just got worse ?
