School drains us. We’re constantly drowning in homework and expectations. Keep your GPA high! Get into a good college! But it doesn’t stop there. In college, it’s all about landing a good job. Then it’s about pleasing your boss and working tirelessly until retirement—if you even make it that far. Life feels like an endless cycle of work, work, work, and for the average person, there’s never enough money to feel truly content. Why are we always stuck in this grind? Why are we all so sad? And is there anything we can do to change it?
