Why do i get FOMO in the summer

24/M I wake up feeling super down because im broke have no job and haven't made anything from life and i see the hot weather and i think to myself "people who grinder all summer have money and cars for road trips, fun activities etc are reaping the rewards whereas i never locked in and now im sad because i have nothing to do all my friends are busy too i just feel so alone and left behind
