Why did Trump declassify the JFK/RFK/MLK docs and not the 2 biggest terrorist attacks on American soil?

McVeigh was a CIA drug smuggler/assassin, committing the bombing with help from the FBI. It's since been revealed the FBI was actively trying to provoke right wing militias into violence in order to justify the FBI and ATF annihilating them completely (Operation PatCon). Roughly 170 people were killed in an attack on the American public orchestrated and carried out by the same deep state Trump claims to be at war with. Yet instead he releases documents for crimes where it's almost guaranteed most of the people responsible are dead, whereas many of those involved in 9/11 and OKC are not only still alive, but actively involved in the government. Wouldn't it better serve the American public to try and punish the living instead of chasing ghosts?
