Why are “super teams” frowned upon on the nfl but not the nba

Why are so called super teams hated in the nfl but not the nba for some reason I see so many people talking about how Jalen hurts Super Bowl run does not count because he had a super team but isn’t that the point to try and get on a good team? In the nba you see guys traded and ask to go to better teams filled with elite players to try and get a ring. For hurts situation he was drafted on to a team that made good drafts and off season trades and he ended up being lucky he got a good squad. When LeBron left Cleveland and went to Miami and had the run with dwade and bosh everyone still called him the goat and same with steph and kd with the warriors everyone still respects and loves these players but in the nfl it seems you have to win it out the mud with the worse team or your not good it’s just confusing me can someone educate me on why you do or don’t agree with super teams in sports.(Of course unless your Patrick Mahomes then people 2ill accept you with a super team lol)
