Where to start - easy to understand

I am looking to get more into literature, but its tough for me because i have minimal interest in pretty much everything, and i also struggle with a learning disorder. But i am interested in trying to read more, and "expand my horizons"

Since i have low interest in most things, im open to any and all suggestions. Poetry, fantasy, drama, anything
