What would you tell your 40+ yo self?

I turn 43 next month and I’m curious what others would tell themself at this age. If you’re looking back, what would you do differently when it comes to health, relationships, career or life in general? Any regrets or tips?

For context, I’m a married mother of three kids with a generally good and happy life. I have a satisfying career and a solid group of friends. Sometimes I feel too ‘settled’ and wonder if there’s more to life; I miss the adventures of my youth when I could travel and live a carefree life.
