What says about me if i kept failing in jobs

I had a few years of working experience, mostly short.

most of time is because i did not pass the trial period, but i always feel like i did work hard for it.

did not get into fight or cause anything bad, simply not good enough i guess.

I am doing an internship right now, which is unpaid, but since it is good for me to change career path, I did it anyway. i just got told that they think i am not capable of doing the work by myself, so asking if i am willing to extend my internship period.

im now feeling down for another failure in my working experience....

and also, want to ask for your opinion, do you think i should say yes? to work for free a bit longer( unsure how long), or just stop and start looking for a new company with easier tasks?

ps the company is small, but my colleages there are all willing to teach me patiently which is actually good. did learnt stuff.
