I’m 24. I spent a long time trying to improve myself, fell into hustle culture etc. now I just do nothing, but it’s bringing me more peace and happiness than ever .
I’ve realised there is no rush and life isn’t a race against others. I value my time here the most. I’m just happy to be alive and live day to day. Some good food and a place to sleep, I’m happy. What about you guys? Curious to hear from people
