What can you do to make parents proud?

I just feel like a letdown and many times a disgrace to my family and loved ones, they always believed in me and thought highly of me saying you'll make us proud. Maybe is just in my culture thing but like majority of times, family happiness depends on their child success. If your child is successful then your parents value or standards in society will increase. So Im noticing like my family and close members are giving up on me and losing hope since I'm not doing anything to improve my life. Sorry is just that I'm struggling internally and I've never shared my problems to them. I don't want them to think I'm some weak link person. Their expatiations on me is stressing me out more and more as time goes by. Since everybody around my age are graduating college, some getting married others dating. And I'm just stuck in same spot 6 years. Going to gym, reading a book feels like minor self growth ideas but they have high hopes like I'll become someone with a big title oh a doctor, engineer, lawyer something like that and marry a rich person. Sighs even I don't what I want in life but my family is putting expatiations on me. I'm truly letting them down
