I just started my job a few weeks ago. I noticed there's this coworker who when I'm around her she'll start being overly friendly to other coworkers by saying hi good morning and almost immediately striking friendly conversations towards them. Whenever we line up and wait to clock in at the time clock station, that's how she is when I'm standing next to her in line. She acts overly friendly attitude and I've noticed this strange behavior just when I'm around her. She does it on purpose to catch my attention, but why would I care if she is friendly and talks to other coworkers. I am quiet and that's how I like to be. I'll put in my AirPods to ignore what's going on around me, but I can feel her energy and it's arrogant and mean. I don't acknowledge her either, and honestly idc what she thinks of me. But I just thought it was strange that she behaves/acts like this. It's creating somewhat of a hostile environment. We're both adults in our 30's..she could be around 35. What do yall think?
