Ukraine False Flag

Ukraine has successfully struck its own nuclear facility to upset up and coming peace negotiations to the detriment of Russia. Russia, to their credit, has inflicted historically low civilian casualties upon Ukraine at an estimated 15,000 civilians versus 600k dead Ukranian military personnel. Russia does not benefit from the attack and has shown an ability to be extremely accurate with their targeting. I smell hillary/nuland all over this.
