Today I fell unconscious and don't know how long

Woke up with a pain in abs and felt weak enough to walk to the bathroom. I started feeling weak and was sensing something strange and similar to what happened a few years ago (one fine night I was down with too much pain and ran to emergency all by myself and got admitted. I was operated next morning with a huge cyst that caused some internal damage was life threatning) and soon I was losing the grip and it was all blank with pain rising... .....When I woke up I felt cold near my eyes ears and was not sure how my bed was cold. It was actually the bathroom floor I lay and I don't know for how long. I got some bruises on forehead nose and swelling but couldn't think much! I took some ice pack and went to the bed

I live alone and it has started to worry me that no one would have known if I would have died today. Looking at this cold world where no friendships are made authentically, being single seems the only option;I am tensed deeply worried.
