Tips for working outside in cold weather

I recently changed positions at work and in my new position I will be working outside pretty much the entire shift year round. I was wondering if anyone had any advice for me? I would also appreciate advice for the heat and rain if you have any for that.

For context my uniform is boots, work pants, long sleeve top, hard hat and saftey glasses that have to be worn at all times.
