The top recipient of USAID funding seems to be a company called Chemonics International inc. and they’re not up to anything good. Though I have yet to find them funding trans operas, they seem to just fund Hillary Clinton’s friends stealing our tax money. Podesta even came up.

Submission Statement. Chemonics seems to be a Clinton affiliated entity that doesn't do it's job well, funneling money from usaid and supported by the likes of John Podesta and the likes. Even Politico (supported by USAID) tried to put its spin on it. They even received money intended to support Haiti, which we now know was mostly stolen.
