It's 1:03am I am going to sleep but idk I had to post this, my day went pritty sad today idk what was wrong I mean I what to so something but I can't do it, I can't commit to one habit, in 2023 I used to wake up at 5am but I can't anymore, I am feeling weak.
After all this I have decided to set a time limit to achieve my goals it's 1st January of 2025, I will become decipline and shredded by that time and know I will do it, it's just that simple now because I have to do it.
I need some advice to become decipline or any books or story that can change my life Idk anything.
