Sick of my iPhone reading my mind

I can’t be the only one who’s noticed. It’s happened too many times to count for it to be a coincidence. No tangible or auditory evidence to clue it, simply something I witness with my own eyes or think and BAM- a curated AD pops up within minutes. It’s genuinely insane and I feel violated and annoyed. Wtf is going on and how do I stop this bs? I’m literally a sane person I swear tg.
