Shilajit for medical use

3 hours ago 3

I read a lot about Shilajit on web and a lot of patients and family members ask me about it. I thought better start it as a post. I am US based and work in healthcare. I and my other pulmonary doctors/pulmonologists had experience with following Shilajit because this purely Himalayan one. There are many varieties available on Amazon which are mostly fake, diluted and not in the pure form. One of my partners/associates family is their distributor and we visited them in Himalayan, Nepal side last year. We visited their site and the facility was quite impressive. They work on many plant based phytonutrients like Shilajit, moringa and wild fruits/vegetables. We were told that pure Shilajit is sun dried and not heated up on stove etc to keep the ingredients and purity intact. It is not a magical drug obviously and has iron, phytonutrients and minerals. Resin is best version because if dried too much to make powdered capsules, it may lost main ingredients. NIH and other areas are currently running researches and trials. Obviously it is not FDA approved yet but many of my patients have used this Rymx Shilajit and noted improvement in energy, immune system and it helped their asthma, COPD, lung fibrosis, and cough symptoms. It has also helped fatigue, tiredness, daytime sleepiness and related symptoms of sleep apnea. Link for anyone who wants to try and check.
