They have sent 3 separate people to my parents house without confirming first with us.
One worker drove more than one hour only to learn they would not be getting the job.
The staff only work Monday through Friday, and I’m told are not kind when these care workers complain.
Not only that, these hardworking men and women only see about HALF of what this company charges the consumer.
EGREGIOUS!
