Potential job advice

I’ve got two jobs I’ve been considering. Pharmacist and real estate. Pharmacy seems like a safe choice at least from research but it would take a lot of years and would prolly cost quite a bit. Real estate though I can go into right after high school but it’s not real consistent, I could make 140k one year but only make 40k the next year. I’m only 15 so I still have time but if anyone is in real estate or pharmacy or just anyone who has advice lemme know.
