Philosophical thoughts about Artificial Intelligence

2 hours ago 4

It's 2025 and many people have a smartphone addiction.

In a couple of decades, AI will be all around us and we will use it on a daily basis similar to how we use Google and social media at the moment. AI will have a major impact on our professional and personal life. Most of the current jobs won't exist in the same way in the future.

Now major changes in technological advancements are exciting for some. Others who don't care will fall behind (imagine someone nowadays who doesn't know how to use the internet).

From a professional and personal perspective, we need to embrace AI as much as possible to stay up to date and relevant. If you don't, people around you will outperform you on an unseen scale as they have an unfair advantage of not only their own brain but have access to an all knowing AI brain.

The competition and the speed of getting work done will be unimaginable. This will also cause immense stress and burnouts as our human brain will be overwhelmed by the speed which leads to many people wanting to give up and avoid AI as much as possible.

People without AI and tech will have a slow paced life who inmerese themselves in nature, physical activities and handicrafts. They will fall behind monetarily but also won't require much money in their daily lives as they will avoid consumption culture.

Just sharing some thoughts, and would love to hear some feedback.
