Personal financial management app that minimizes effort

Do you have an app you use that simplifies your financial management? I have lots of Websites and a spreadsheet. I want to simplify and minimize touch. I imagine some apps might be able to login and see balances and reallocate my cash to bills, pay with the click of a button. I am hoping I don’t need quickbooks or an app that takes regular management to maintain.

Any hope out there?
