I’m seeing way too many negative posts here when one of the rules is “ no excessive trauma dumping or doom and gloom” so let’s be positive for once.
I just woke up. I’m about to smash down a few coffees, maybe make some eggs with beef mince, cheese, rice and some hot sauce.
Hit a workout. Stretch the body. Drink lots of water. Just enjoy the day. What is everyone else up to here ?
