night made after work

just had a main character moment. was heading home from work, eating a cheesy roll up (customized) which was something i was looking forward to. as im driving i keep glancing down at my food for a sec and right as i look up i see a shooting star in the distance. really hits different because i haven’t seen one in a while and it was gone in seconds. it made me smile and im happy i got to see that..almost like it was just for me to see. my life has been filled with a lot of instability, negativity and pain but for the first time ever i feel happier and im able to appreciate moments like these more alone. genuinely a core memory for me and reminds me that everyday has its own little special moments that i shouldn’t take for granted anymore
